This Victorian home had all the charm and beauty of its past but was lacking some much needed functionality in its kitchen. This renovation project included the removal of a structural wall that was separating the kitchen from the adjacent sitting room. With this wall gone, the floor plan became more open and created a seamless transition from the entry and dining room to the kitchen and living areas. Custom cabinetry is used to create a more organized storage system in this kitchen and the tall wall cabinets make ample use of the overhead space. The cabinetry also extends as a peninsula to create comfortable bar seating that is perfect for entertaining and food prep.
